Tobacco control legislation in Bosnia and Herzegovina includes laws at the state and entity levels. At the state level, tobacco taxation is regulated by the Law on Excise Duties. Also, the Law on Tobacco of Bosnia and Herzegovina, enacted in 2010, governs the manufacturing, purchase, processing, refinement, and sale of raw tobacco leaves and tobacco products in the country. However, no specific legislation at the state level addresses issues related to the production, presentation, and sale of tobacco products in the context of public health
